No big deal. They are all just in one file. Exactly for that purpose.
It's calles LYMessages_en.h . Just translate it and use the new file.
If you want to, we can work on that together.

Sorry for the sarcasm: but how do you want to emulate a mouse which is
often necessay for java-applets on a dec-text-terminal???? And what about
the bitmap-graphics?

Ageed, table rendering is less than optimal but very readable, in contrast
to Mosaic...

That wourld be a great plus, but unfortunately as far as I know only
US citicens work at this problem and they can't export that code to us.
Even when the code is developped outside the US, it can't be reexported.

There is no such thing as a local cache in lynx - use your proxy.
