I think that 

        - the next upgrade to our customer-support empire would be
        to install an email auto-responder that dispenses a mini-FAQ
        and also passes the message along for manual review; and that the 
        mailto: link at should pass messages to 
        this auto-responder address.  This would deal with
        "where do I get the latest" at the leastest.

        - Rob should have a right of first refusal in terms of 
        implementing the auto-responder.  It can be done anywhere
        because email is like that.  But it would probably be
        quicker if it is there.
