I would agree, except it should probably be:

Lynx Version LYNX_VERSION
Copyright (c) 1979, Lynx Developers Group
Copyrighted under the terms of the GNU General Public License
<URL:http://lynx.browser.org/>

with LYNX_VERSION, naturaly, being replaced with the #define of the name
name, so that if lynx is so screwed that it will totaly not start, you will
at least know just what codeset to complain about. <G>
