Changing the link in the H)elp to href to
http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/ would probably an improvement.

I myself prefer another approach, though.  That is to have an
index.html logical link somewhere that the monthly rollover
script moves to always point to the reverse-time chronological
index of the current month -- and have that be the first point of
entry for the site.

But this does require that there be uplinks to get you to the overview.
On the chronological index page, that link is there at the moment.

Adding an up-link to the page at /html/ would be an improvement, too.
In defense of the current installation, once you move _down_ from that
page to the different index pages, you do find a link that gets you 
back to the root page for the set.

One thing that makes sense to do pending Russell's decision on
whether he wants to go with a News server as the basic database
or install a MHonArc upgrade is to move the H)elpfile href to
http://www.flora.org/lynx-dev/
