I can guarrantee you, there are newspapers who would love to get their
teeth into a story like that.  Remember the internet is viewed as
competition to
much of the newspaper publishing industry and although the end
result probably wouldn't end up helping the handicapped,
it would make life interesting for the I.S.P. when the Department Of
got a copy of that article.
