Actually, if you're sitting at the 200 OK message, it's not a problem with
the INFOSECS setting, but a server/net slowdown. Sometimes they'll send
back a 200 OK Document Follows and just wait and wait before sending the
document. I've had some servers sit there forever, and I finally gave up.
If you telnet into the http port on the same server, and type GET /url_here,
you'll likely see the lag first hand.
