LYNX-DEV there appears to be some kind of problem in lynx 2.7+bugs and mailto processing

When I run thru mailto processing using Lynx 2.7, plus Fote's bug fixes,
I find that even though I give lynx an email to use for Cc's, I never
get a copy of the msg that is sent.

I compile lynx for ncurses, Sun's cc compiler, SPARC, Solaris 2.4.

I am enclosing the trace from a sample run.  Note that I get the
same behavior even when the mailto appears as expected in an A tag.

Notice there doesn't seem to be an error - just no email msg result.
