Why even? At least in the case of converters, it may be really tough
if not in some cases impossible to generate perfect html. Imagine
having to generate html out of postscript partly describing tabular data: 
You'll be glad to get something more or less readable.

??? Do You really believe having a chance to convince the idiots among the 
web authors of anything? I doubt that any of these is even aware of the 
existence of lynx ("Never heared of lynx. We test all our pages with msie 
and ns, so we have perfect html. Your exotic browser is shit.").
