Fine, then -- I'm fiddling with the status line, and I noticed it's
listed in the TODO list. I like the scrollable status history idea.
I've got some more ideas too (not sure how feasible or how usable any
of them are/would be) to replace the current error message + n seconds
delay -- you don't want to miss the error message but you might not
want to wait for it to go away, either. I'm fiddling with implementing
both. More info when I know it (probably not until the week after
next). It'll probably take a while since I've never done anything
substantial with the code, and some things seem to be scattered all
over.
