In lynx-2.7.1ac-0.2.zip, read_cfg(), the algorithm is "read a line from
lynx.cfg, switch based on the first letter of the line, then have a series
of if compares against the line from lynx.cfg to see which configure option
it is.
Around line 665 is the case of 'I'. The first entry looks to see if
the line is "NEWS_POSTING". It could never be that - the first character
of the line doesn't begin with an "I". The if needs moved up into the case
of 'N'.
To the lynx.cfg file, I would love to see an example of LYNXCGI_ENVIRONMENT
shown. In most other cases (with the exception of DEFAULT_EDITOR and
SYSTEM_EDITOR), examples are shown.
Also, the info about the boolean configuration parameter USE_MOUSE: is
missing from lynx.cfg.
