Update to previous mail:
I jsut added keypad_mode=LINKS_AND_FORM_FIELDS_ARE_NUMBERED
to the O)ptions menu and used this instead of LINKS_ARE_NUMBERED
to activate the numbered form fields.
Updated README is below. New zip/diff/README at http://www.intac.com/~leaves/
New diff is a little larger, but not bad.
