I think they should appear in the list.  I recommend not removing them.
Note that (even with the new parsing stuff), null links may be created
through error recovery from bad html.  So far, I haven't seen a page
on which this happens with the new parser, but it's feasible it could...
Also, I'd like to have some way of seeing the "intentionally invisible" links.
