Lynx isn't affected by the text colour changes in that document.  Your
problem comes from this line:
<!--Thanks to Mike Onofrio for Body/Background Design--!>
This is incorrect syntax.  What you want is:
<!-- Thanks to Mike Onofrio for Body/Background Design -->
That should make the page visible.  Oh yes, try the  '  key on the page
next time, before fixing it.  It changes how comments are handled.
