Cyberpromo/savetrees are amoung the worst abusers on the net. Neither
has ever honored any 'remove' request I have sent.
'address@hidden' will get you a snotty auto-response re: First
Amendment. I don't know how to do it, but I suggest whomever maintains
the list server set up filters etc.
