Not sure, but you might try something like:
GET
http://sol.slcc.edu/cgi-bin/lynx/patch?old_level=2.7.1ac-0.73&new_level=2.7.1ac-0.@&compressed=y
and replace the "@" (most recent) with the image level you want.
