Working purely form what's on the list, this looks like a commercial
supplier, in which case he cannot simply point people to a standard
Lynx source site.  If he distributes Newnix from a web or ftp site
to the end users, he must put the GPLed source on that site.  If he
uses some other sorts of channel, he needs to either include the
source code with the product, or supply it via snail mail.  The
last is likely to be least convenient, and if he does that, he can
only charge for copying and postage, not for the intrinsic value of the
source code.

He's also required to keep the source for five years.
