lynx-dev Lynx sending mail from Win95

Well, here's something I have been being timid about.

I haven't broken the code to get mail from Lynx on Win95 through the
"sendmail from the tin distribution" out onto the net.

The error message that flashed by said that "can't use SMTP unless
you specify a host" or words to that effect.

This suggests that what I put in the -h argument to sendmail is
not what it wants.

Can anyone clarify the usage of -h and -r in that program's command
line [and therefore in lynx.cfg]?

I have a dynamic IP number and hostname assigned on the fly by
my ISP when using Lynx on my Win95 system.

There is a utility which will tell me my IP number from a running
TCP/IP connection in Win95, but it returns a GUI window, not DOS
parameters, so far as I have learned to date.

Al
