980823 David Henderson complained at length about line-breaks.
i'm certainly sorry if you find yourself inconvenienced by my practices.
i could as easily reply that if you use a non-standard screen size,
you may find that displays aimed at majority users come across badly;
i could also complain that i am inconvenienced regularly by people
who insist on breaking lines without regard to the syntax of their sentences.
in Users Guide, i inserted the <br>'s to arrange the information
in line-sized pieces, it being practical notes, after all:
the lines average c 70 characters, i believe.
if lynx-dev consensus wants the <br>'s omitted there, i won't object,
tho' i would point out that <br> is perfectly legitimate HTML ...
it takes all sorts to make the World
& a little tolerance & reflection go a long way.
