lynx-dev Options Form Help

i have now reordered the Options Help document
to correspond to the layout of the Options Form.

NB there's  1  item in the Form without a Help item : Cookies.

ALSO there are  4  items in Help without a Form entry :
  Line Edit Style, List Directory Style, Local Execution Links,
  Show Dot Files.

presumably someone needs to write a paragraph on the Cookies option.
should i delete the  4  extra items from the Help document?
