i tried wandering thro' the Help links with 2-8-1pre.6
& it started giving the retrieval messages -nostatus is supposed to suppress!
otherwise, i didn't notice anything unusual, but didn't go very far.
BTW who wants this feature? maybe LP, of course (smile).
