It appears that HTDOS.h is included individually in LYCharUtils.c,
LYDownload.c, LYEdit.c, LYPrint.c, LYUtils.c, HTDOS.c, and HTFile.c.
The compilation of LYMain.c with the changes I suggested works fine if
HTDOS.h is included. I wonder, however, if further development might
be easier if a #ifdef for DOSPATH in HTUtils.h, that included HTDOS.h,
might be more appropriate, with the other includes removed. All of the
files that include HTDOS.h also include HTUtils.h.

I also note that the changes I made were in a section that also was
used by EMX. I believe that EMX refers to an OS/2 compiler. Does OS/2
use forward slashes or backslashes? If the former, we need to apply
the changes only to DOSPATH, and put EMX in a separate section. Sorry,
I should have thought about this before submitting the patch.
