I believe you could order a custom version of Lynx without all the features
you don't want/need. It would be a lot smaller... :-)

Or you could just compress your copie(s) of Lynx with gzexe. It gives more
than 50% reduction on Lynx.

The code is not "experimental" anymore and you can choose the type of
options menu in lynx.cfg, so there's no reason to keep the configure option.

Another reason for removing the enable-forms-options from configure.

And I want it to be kept forever. I've already decided that for me the
non-forms options menu is "the way to go".
