Heh, heh.  Looks like one of those empty suitcases Lynx is dragging
around.  I have never used it, nor does it do anything for me other
than issue an "Alert! Unable to access document." when I hit return
on the link (Lynx 2.8.2dev.17).  Junk it, and no one will ever know :)
