ie the answer to Michael's question is `neither'.
as such, Lynx documentation is rarely updated:
sometimes, people who have added features add something to the docs,
but usually even they aren't interested enough
& certainly no-one else around the place wants to invest the time.
i've updated a few things here & there,
but the destructive reactions of a few noisy people
don't exactly encourage me to make a practice of it:
there was a huge hoo-hah when i re-organised the Main Help Page for 2-8-1 ,
tho' of course now everyone's used to it no-one complains.
basically, it's like a town meeting in Dodge City
or maybe a residents' hearing about a development in present-day Toronto:
no-one wants all that thro' traffic nor to lose their on-street parking.
suggesting ordinary users search thro' CHANGES is presumably a joke ...
