I didn't notice, either, but on the off-chance there were/are,
Please Don't! I use CERNRULES daily, to map help-file links to
.gz extensions and to automagically skip to single-page "print
version" copies of multi-page articles on several sites. Feels
like my own little piece of personally-customized web - so
empowering :)!
