you reorganised  userdefs.h  &  INSTALLATION  quite usefully,
so why not tackle  lynx.cfg , which needs the same treatment & more?
instead of continually yelling from the bleachers,
why not bring your mitt & see if you can get a place on the team?

i hope VH will take BL's constructive & thoughtful advice
& submit a tidied-up version of his patch for 2-8-3dev.1 :
whether or not  lynx.cfg  gets improved, the patch is a useful addition.
