You didn't answer that question.

I meant "link" as encompassing both normal hyperlinks and form fields,
and "somewhere close to" as encompassing "before" (for normal hyperlinks,
and some kinds of input fields), "within" for textinput fields, and
"close to the currently selected line" in a popped-up popup.

This shouldn't have anything to do with lss-or-not (or does it?)

My question was whether the "cursor is hidden" part applies for both
possible settings of -show_cursor.
