Hello,

When using an URL like news://news.server.address/ or wildcards the
names of some newsgroups don't appear in the list. Olaf Titz has
pointed out that lynx is using LIST NEWSGROUPS instead of LIST ACTIVE.
But this way only the groups which have descriptions appear in the
list. There are also groups without descriptions (even without empty
descriptions) on some servers.
