I look forward to testing this patch out as soon as someone compiles a
Win/32 version.  I hope there is eventually a keyboard toggle, a
command-line switch, or an option to change table behavior on the fly.
Hiroyuki used ctrl-Q for table centering, but I think that's an unfortunate
choice in the case of terminals.  What is 't' or 'T' used for?  

I think table rendering will be useful in some cases, such as bus
schedules, product comparison charts, sports scores, etc.  But many tables
have data flowing onto multiple lines, and reading down the third column
with a screen reader becomes a real hassle.  I'm pretty sure it will be
useful to easily turn the new table rendering on and off.
