lynx-dev Anyone have a suggested new url for user guide

The url in this piece of html:


   <dt>A URL may be specified to Lynx on the command line, as in:
   <dd><code>lynx http://kufacts.cc.ukans.edu/cwis/kufacts_start.html</code>


found in Lynx_users_guide.html points to the equivalent of a page not
found page.  Should we just change this to http://lynx.browser.org/ ?

Also, while looking through the docs, I see a lot of talk about HTML 3.
Is anyone looking into XHTML/HTML 4.1/whatever its name is now to
see how lynx stacks up against the latest standard, and perhaps working
on patches for any weak points?
