There is no special order in lynx.cfg options,
just how they were added by the oroginal contributors
and slightly reordered by others. The truth is
that lynx.cfg growth with time, it now 130Kb and hold
a couple of handred options so it seems impossible
to present an ideal order.

One attempt was done by Vlad Harchev to prepare HTML version
of lynx.cfg with group index maintained by human and also alphabetical
index. Try lynx 2.8.3 or read the latest Lynx Users Guide (#lynx.cfg
section) from the net, for proper link to Vlad's resources.
