I would point out that anyone who distributes is a binary based
on modified source code, is legally obliged to distribute that
modified source code as well, even if only on subsequent demand.
Whilst I'm somewhat concerned that people are making unwarranted
assumptions about display character sets, producing pre-configured
versions is slightly more work than just shipping a special
binary.
