Most designers aren't aware of Lynx.  Of those that are, most consider
it of no consequence.  Most designers write for IE5+ and NS4+ only.
Someone posted to W3C's mailing list yesterday suggesting that Microsoft
now have the effective monopoly on browser design.

>From what I've seen on the W3C accessibility list, most designers concerned
with accessibility are more concerned that they are legally safe, i.e. that
they have followed the letter of the the W3C accessiblity guidelines, than
into any creative thinking (which often involves breaking the letter to
reach a higher goal).
