no - perhaps I'm confusing it with the parallel effect of the
--enable-default-colors option (now that you mention it, I see "default" in
lynx.lss, but not in enough places).

I think I overlooked it when moving items to my to-do list (I see one in
the latter list that I overlooked _there_):
