Run lynx with -trace flag and look into Lynx.trace file --
perhaps the temp path is not one you expect (apache could change TEMP
environment or so).
BTW, I am courious why lynx trying to open temp file in -dump mode?
it is in src/HTInit.c::PassesTest()
