No, only telnet.

Typing 'G' in nvi, typing 'b' in most (my preferred viewer) and typing 'End'
in lynx all give me exactly the same behavior.  (I just tested to be sure.)

Are you certain that any difference perceived isn't due to the termcap/
terminfo definition, or to the curses library to which the respective
applications are linked to?  Applications linked to different libraries
will give you, sometimes very subtle, variations in screen traits.

I seriously question whether lynx is the place to be hacking for key
mappings, screen behavior, etc.  The Subject:, "END key fixed" is a
misnomer.  Nothing has been "fixed" because nothing was broken to begin
with.
