yes - KEY_EVENT is defined in ncurses.h for IZ's undocumented-extension.
I had at first ifdef'd it so it was only defined if the extension was
compiled-in, but that broke one of Debian's scripts.  Since lynx doesn't
use either definition, it's just an annoyance and won't break anything.
