It does - the page has grown so long that it is not obvious that the
release tarball is listed about 70% down.  I considered rearranging it,
but haven't done that (yet).  See the short section titled

        Release Version in Various Formats

I guess so - it was the last time I regenerated the lynx.pot (when I
localized the options menu).
