The while thing makes me long for the not kept element "fn",
http://www.w3.org/MarkUp/html3/footnotes.html, which Lynx, nonetheless,
has, along with "note" and "tab" (and "lh"?), all useful, all after 3.0
not kept.
Mark the word "pop-up" in the description, the only case of which I know
that here defined HTML text may there show up. Maybe therefore was this
left out of 3.2. Otherwise, in the simple method that I showed, one is
obliged to twice enter the note, once in attribute "title" and once
elsewhere in the text, with a link to it: bad form.
