[Lynx-dev] Problem?

Somebody has said that Lynx does not work with the following site:

  http://cccbr.org.uk/

When asked which version, they claimed "any".

On further enquiry, it appears that Apache's mod_security rules think 
that Lynx users are trying to inject commands (Error 406).

Are you aware of this? AFAIK all the pages are compliant XHTML/CSS, but I 
have no involvement with the actual website, just the server.
