That's in tho PO file.  There's a "Y/N/A/V" entry that records the
keys.  The nl.po file in 2.8.8.dev8 contains the translation "J/N/A/V",
so it should work.  Maybe your version is too old.

The program checks for the translation of the responses, and works out what the first character is. If there's no conflict, e.g., two N's, then it's supposed to accept the translated single-character responses.

At one point, this feature was broken due to some ifdef that confused it.
(I was busy working on ncurses - will take a quick look to see if I can
reproduce this bug...)
