If I understand you correctly, you want to run lynx on Android? I would
simply install the termux app (termux.com).  They have plenty of
binaries, see: <http://termux.net/dists/stable>

Using termux, it's as easy as `apt update && apt install lynx'. Termux'
lynx version has SSL support. It's available from F-Droid.
