older build of mine (2001) for Windows 2000. You can
extract that with LHarc, if you have it, or from:
http://www.mirbsd.org/~tg/pub/lha.exe
No guarantees, of course, and it won’t have modern
OpenSSL (but it (IIRC) has some SSL). But it’s better
than nothing, and I used it over several years, as
IE replacement, IE only to download it.
