As long as I'm here, let me mention that we just removed listhelper from
all lists where it seemed clear the main language was not English.  (I
see you are the admin of several such.)  Unfortunately it was removing
too many real messages.  The tradeoff is that you'll have to delete the
spam manually ... sorry about that, but keeping the real messages seemed
more important.
