When run on a clean CVS checkout, autoreconf fails.
automake requires README and build.sh.in.
I understand that these files are generated from template
files, but precisely, if I'm referring to README.cvs, what
is the step I'm missing ?
Is it the purpose of "maintMakefile" ?
