[Maposmatic-dev] Locale generation

Hi d2,

Malenki kindly gave us the translation of ocitysmap to German, which
allows to generate german-translated maps. The code is already deployed
on dev.m.o, but we lack the following locales to test it:

 de_AT.UTF-8
 de_DE.UTF-8
 de_CH.UTF-8
 de_LU.UTF-8

Could you generate these locales on the server ?
