Thomas, be careful when merging this one, as it affects existing
MapOSMatic installations. You'll need to update the settings_local.py
file on dev.m.o, and www.m.o when you deploy in production.

Developers, if you have deployed a pipeline on your machine, you will
also need to set ITEMS_PER_PAGE in your settings_local.py (look at
settings_local.py-template).
