Details:

>From Pekka Sarkola:

1. Select paper size (A6-A0)
2. Mapwindow will have rectangle which show how big area will be printed
out.
3. If you move/resize map, rectangle will be automatically resized/moved.
 
This help people select printed area more carefully and your prints will be
standard size.
