Follow-up Comment #4:

A prefix to the map_areas table can now be provided to OCitySMap. The
standalone ocitysmap-render rendered uses 'ocitysmap_render_PID_'. The
MapOSMatic daemon uses 'maposmaticd_PID_'.

This change is available in the daemon-rewrite branch we'll soon merge in.

One thing remains: get a token on the next job to render in an atomic manner.
