Details:

 - Add just a small line when no info is returned, when a city is searched
and nothing is found. The whole set is returned.
Not really informative for the users.

 - Instead of : 
 « Previous  Page 25 of 36  Next » 
Maybe something like (a la Digg.com)
◄ Previous 21 22 23 24...33 34 35 36 Next ►

It will be easier to navigate for a Single letter search. 

Example :
You click on S. You get to browse 36 pages with next and previous.
If you are looking for Sy[something], you'll have a long way...
